What to expect

Our first meeting will be a get-to-know session where I will listen carefully to your difficulties or questions you come with, I will inquire into more details about your daily life, your work, interests and social circle, as well as what your past was, that brought you here today. This will help me build a more complete picture of your specific needs and work approaches that would be suitable for you.

In this initial meeting I will tell you about the methods I work with and you will have the opportunity to ask me questions to decide if you want to work with me.

We will discuss your attitudes and options for long-term therapy or short-term counseling and together we will build a plan for our common work.

Sessions are held once a week for 50 minutes. Renegotiation of the frequency and conditions of the sessions is possible during the counseling/therapy depending on the needs and specifics of your situation.

The sessions are present for the city of Sofia and online for the whole country.

You are going through a difficult time or you need to reinvent yourself and find more balance in your life. I am here to assist and support you.

  • have a hard time controlling your emotions and most of the time you don't feel the way you want to

  • need to work on yourself to get to know yourself better and unleash your potential

than psychotherapy is a wonderful opportunity to bring the necessity change in your life.
